Es geht los! Wir starten das Wohnprojekt und haben freie Zimmer diverser Art. Hast du Lust miteinzusteigen oder mitzuwirken? Es gibt auch immer wieder Aktionstage zum mithelfen oder offene Events bei denen du uns kennenlernen kannst.

Das Haus

The House

Wir beleben ein grosses altes Bauernhaus mit viel Platz und Potential im alten Dorfkern von Regensdorf. Neben Wohnteil und Schür gibt es Nebengebäude, Innenhof und einen Brunnen. Es wurde 1875 gebaut und hat durch all die verschiedensten Nutzungen schon viel erlebt. Es hat neben Menschen auch Kühe, Schweine und Pferde beherbergt. War mal die allererste Post im Dorf, wurde von Grossvater Jakob als Funkzentrale genutzt, Lokalität für grosse Familiengartenparty in den 1950er inklusive Bolognese und ist jetzt bereit für das nächste Abenteuer. Gemäss meiner Grossmutter gibt es 42 Türen, oder waren es Fenster? Auf jeden Fall haben wir (theoretisch) ganz viel Platz. Praktisch sind wir aktuell am Ausräumen und Umgestalten verschiedener Zimmer und freuen uns auf weitere Mitbewohner und helfende Hände. Kreativität und Gestaltungsmotivation sind hier sehr willkommen.

We're bringing a big farmhouse full of space and potential back to life, right in the old village centre of Regensdorf. Besides the living quarters and the barn, there's an outbuilding, a courtyard, and a well. It was built in 1875 and has seen all kinds of uses over the years — alongside people, it once housed cows, pigs, and horses. It was the very first post office in the village, was used by Grandfather Jakob as a radio station, hosted a big family garden party in the 1950s (Bolognese included), and is now ready for its next adventure. According to my grandmother there are 42 doors — or was it windows? Either way, we have (in theory) plenty of space. In practice, we're currently clearing out and redesigning several rooms, and we're happy about more flatmates and helping hands. Creativity and motivation to shape the space are very welcome.

Beschrieb von den Räumlichkeiten: Das Erdgeschoss im Wohnbereich besteht grob aus zwei Teilen. Teil Süd: kleines Wohnzimmer und renovierte Küche mit Dusche und WC. Teil Mitte: Grosses Wohnzimmer, Grosse Küche und grosses Badezimmer (Badewanne) mit Zugang zu 2 WC's. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Lagerraum und ein Partykeller. Im 1. OG gibt es 7 Zimmer an einem Gang mit unterschiedlichem Ausbaustandard. Die weiteren Dachgeschosse werden vorerst nicht als Wohnraum genutzt. In der Schür gibt es viel Holz, eine Ecke mit Gartenmaterial und eine kleine Velogarage. Auf dem Vorplatz hat es Platz für Teetherboardsessions, Jonglieren oder Autos. In einem Container haben wir unsere kleine Werkstatt mit vielen Maschinen + Werkzeugen. Bestimmt genug Platz für 5-7 Menschen :)

A bit about the rooms: the ground floor living area is roughly split into two parts. South side: a small living room and a renovated kitchen with shower and toilet. Middle section: a large living room, a large kitchen, and a large bathroom (with bathtub) with access to 2 toilets. The basement has a storage room and a party cellar. On the 1st floor there are 7 rooms along a hallway, each with a different level of finish. The attic floors above aren't used as living space for now. The barn has plenty of wood, a corner with garden materials, and a small bike garage. The forecourt has room for teeterboard sessions, juggling, or cars. We also have a small workshop with lots of machines and tools in a container. Definitely enough space for 5–7 people :)

Für Gartenbegeisterte: In circa 10 Minuten Gehdistanz haben wir Zugang zu einem grösseren, wilden Garten, der sich möglicherweise auch über Liebe freuen würde.

For garden lovers: about a 10-minute walk away, we have access to a larger, wild garden that could probably use a bit of love too.

Vision

Unser grösster Wunsch ist einfach ein gemütliches Zuhause mit freudvollem und rücksichtsvollen Zusammen-(er)leben. Gerne auch bunt gemischt mit einer Gruppe lässiger Menschen. Wir sind beide bewegungsfreudig und auch zirkusfasziniert, gerne möchten wir das auch zuhause leben und das Haus mit den vielen Möglichkeiten nutzen. Auch Freunde aus der internationalen Akrobatikcommunity zu hosten und mit ihnen hier zu trainieren ist Teil der Vision. Ob Handstand, Tanzen oder andere Arten von Artist / Kunst, auch Yoga-Praktizierende oder Spaziergänger*innen sind willkommen.

Wir wünschen uns Menschen die grob im Alter zwischen 25 -50 sind und WG / Gemeinschaftserfahrung mitbringen. Uns ist die Verbindung untereinander und die Motivation zum miteinander lernen und wachsen wichtig - da gehört aus unserer Sicht auch regelmässige gemeinsame Quality-time dazu. Ob z.Bsp. ein gemeinsamer Abend alle zwei Wochen oder ein ganz anderes Format werden wir gemeinsam herausfinden.

Our biggest wish is simply a cosy home with joyful, considerate living together — ideally a colourful mix of easygoing people. We're both movement-loving and fascinated by circus arts, and we'd love to live that at home too, using the house's many possibilities. Hosting friends from the international acrobatics community and training with them here is also part of the vision. Whether it's handstands, dancing, or other kinds of art and performance — yoga practitioners and people who just enjoy a good walk are welcome too.

We're hoping to meet people roughly between 25–50 who bring some shared-living or community experience. Connection between housemates and the motivation to learn and grow together matter a lot to us — in our view that also means regular shared quality time. Whether that's a shared evening every two weeks or a completely different format, we'll figure that out together.

About us

Andreas hat schon immer gern Sport und Bewegung gehabt. Seit ein paar Jahren sind die Partnerakrobatik und Handstand seine grösste Passion. Er vertieft sich gerne in handwerkliche Projekte am Haus oder baut sich zum Beispiel sein eigenes Schleuderbrett und einen grossen Haufen Handstandblöcke. Sein Herz schlägt für die Community, wo er sich gerne für das Wohl aller einsetzt. Glitzer trägt er am liebsten in blau, türkis und lila Farbtönen auf seinen Lachfalten.

Andreas has always loved sports and physical activity. For the past few years, partner acrobatics and handstands have been his greatest passions. He enjoys immersing himself in DIY projects around the house or, for example, building his own teeterboard and a large stack of handstand blocks. His heart beats for the community, where he loves to work for the well being of everyone. He prefers to wear his glitter in shades of blue, turquoise, and purple on his laugh lines.

Jasmine kennt das Haus noch von Besuchen bei ihren Grosseltern und lebte seit 3 Jahren in einem Teil davon. Sie bewegt sich gerne und entdeckt gerne Neues, ob Partnerakrobatik, Handstände oder Ausflüge mit Freunden, Van oder Ponys in die Natur — auf was hast du Lust? Sie bringt aus Pfadi, Festival-Orga und dem Leben in verschiedensten Wohnformen einiges an Ideen und Gemeinschaftserfahrung mit. Das Coliving-Projekt steht und fällt mit ihr, sie kümmert sich um die administrativen Sachen und um die Hauswartung, wenn sie nicht gerade etwas am Renovieren ist.

Wir zwei ernähren uns pflanzenbasiert und Jasmine ist Teil von Foodsharing. Ab und zu kochen wir füreinander. Aktuell haben wir unser Essen grösstenteils getrennt, wäre in Zukunft gemeinsam und mit Grossbestellungen denkbar.

Jasmine: Knows the house from visiting her grandparents and has lived in part of it for the past 3 years. She loves moving her body and discovering new things — whether it's partner acrobatics, handstands, or trips into nature with friends, a van, or ponies — what are you up for? She brings plenty of ideas and community experience from Scouts, festival organising, and living in all kinds of shared housing. This coliving project stands and falls with her — she handles the admin side and the house upkeep, when she's not busy renovating something.

We both eat a plant-based diet, and Jasmine is part of a food-sharing initiative. Every now and then we cook for each other. Right now our food is mostly separate, but sharing it with bulk orders is something we could imagine in the future.

Freie Zimmer

Available Rooms

Aktuell sind mehrere freie Zimmer diverser Art frei (klein, gross, hell, heimelig, mit / ohne Lavabo, Einbauschränke, Dachstock). Drei kleine Zimmer sind mehrheitlich ready für neue Menschen und können leer oder möbliert gemietet werden. Einzelne andere Zimmer brauchen noch etwas Arbeit & Liebe bevor sie wieder als gemütliche Rückzugsorte dienen. Wenn du handwerkliche Erfahrung mitbringst und motiviert bist anzupacken kannst du uns dabei gerne unterstützen (Details & Vergütung nach Absprache).

Während der Startphase werden die Zimmer mit befristeten Mietverträgen vermietet. Der Mietzins variert je nach Zimmer und liegt zwischen 650 - 850 CHF / Monat inkl. NK, exkl. WG Kässeli (Details auf Anfage). Weiter Bilder von den Zimmern folgen.

There are currently several rooms of various types available (small, large, bright, cosy, with or without a washbasin, fitted wardrobes, attic rooms). Three small rooms are mostly ready for new tenants and can be rented unfurnished or furnished. A few other rooms still need a bit of work and care before they can once again serve as cosy retreats. If you have some DIY experience and are keen to get stuck in, you're welcome to help us out (details and remuneration to be agreed).

During the initial phase, the rooms will be let on fixed-term tenancy agreements. The rent varies depending on the room and ranges from 650 to 850 CHF per month, including service charges but excluding the shared house fund (details on request). More pictures of rooms will be added soon.
